Home Health Aide
In conjunction with skilled nursing services and rehabilitation services, Access Home Health Care and Rehabilitation Certified Home Health Aides will provide assistance in the home such as:
- Assist with Bathing / Skin Care / Oral Hygiene / Dressing / Grooming /
- Nail Care
- Partial / Complete Bed Bath
- Assist with Ambulation
- Provide Personal Care
- Catheter Care / Perineal Care
- Assist with Home Exercise Program
- Light Housekeeping
- Bowel / Bladder program
